The Website is owned and operated by Digital Launchpad Philippines.
Access to certain areas of the Website may be restricted. Digital Launchpad Philippines reserves the right to restrict access to other areas of the Website, or indeed the entire Website, at Digital Launchpad Philippines' discretion.
B. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from recording, copying, or redistributing any courses or content provided by Digital Launchpad Philippines without explicit permission.
Unauthorized use or distribution of Digital Launchpad Philippines content constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights and may be subject to legal action under Philippine copyright laws and international treaties.
Digital Launchpad Philippines reserves the right to impose a penalty of 100,000 Philippine Pesos on individuals caught recording and reselling pirated versions of course videos as digital products to other students. This penalty is specified to apply in the event of a lawsuit.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the Website without prior authorization from Digital Launchpad Philippines.

Monthly Subscriptions: Users who opt for monthly subscriptions may cancel their subscription at any time. However, Digital Launchpad Philippines does not offer refunds for amounts paid under monthly subscriptions.
Annual Subscriptions: Users who opt for annual subscriptions commit to a one-year term. In case of cancellation during the annual term, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current annual period, and no refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription term.
Renewal after 1 day of expiration will be charged at Digital Launchpad’s regular course pricing. Video Lessons will reset, which might take time before reaching current progress. It may take 5-7 working days to approve access once the decision to renew is made.
G. Limitation of Liability
Digital Launchpad Philippines shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Website or any content provided on the Website.
