Affiliate Application

  • To become an affiliate, you must complete the application form provided on our website with accurate and truthful information.

  • Once your application is submitted, please allow 1-3 working days for the creation of your unique affiliate code, personalized form link, and affiliate page under the Digital Launchpad PH domain.

  • Upon approval, you will receive an email confirmation along with your affiliate details.

Affiliate Responsibilities

  • As an affiliate, you agree to promote Digital Launchpad PH courses and services in a positive and honest manner.

  • You will receive marketing and promotional emails from Digital Launchpad PH to assist you in your promotional activities. By joining the program, you consent to receive these communications.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that your promotional activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Prohibited Activities

  • Affiliates must not engage in or promote hate speech or any form of hate on social media platforms or any other media.

  • Selling or distributing any information obtained from Digital Launchpad PH to other organizations is strictly prohibited.

  • Sharing your affiliate account or access details with others for the purpose of testing the platform is not allowed. Digital Launchpad PH offers a 48-hour trial period for new users, which is eligible for any refund requests.

  • Disseminating misinformation or false information about Digital Launchpad PH or its services is strictly forbidden. Violations may result in penalties, legal action, and permanent banning from the community and affiliate program.

Termination

  • Digital Launchpad PH reserves the right to terminate your affiliate status at any time for any breach of these terms and conditions.

  • If your affiliate status is terminated, you will lose access to your affiliate account, and your unique affiliate code and links will be deactivated.

Liability

  • Digital Launchpad PH is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with your participation in the affiliate program.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold Digital Launchpad PH harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these terms and conditions.
